She got equally good offers from 3 companies of similar stature. One of them, a leading Asset Management Company, moved the fastest. She submitted her documents over a live video call. She was constantly updated on the status of her background verifications over WhatsApp. Her onboarding was completed in a matter of days. Not once did she need to meet anyone physically or submit physical copies of documents.
